Our Commitment

Safety isn’t an optional feature at SetCollab — it’s the foundation of how we operate. Every shoot, contract, and connection is built with verified trust, accountability, and care for every creative.

🛡️ Set Buddy Verification

All shoots require a designated Set Buddy — a trusted person who confirms the location and verifies the shoot is proceeding safely. Models cannot confirm a booking without assigning a Set Buddy.

• Set Buddies receive a text confirmation when the shoot begins and ends.

• Repeated no-shows or bypass attempts may result in account suspension.
  
  

📍 Location Verification

Every shoot must include a verified shoot address. This helps ensure participants are protected and shoot expectations are clear.

🧾 Pre-Shoot Agreements

All collaborators must agree in writing to:

• The number of final images delivered

• Ownership and usage rights

• Time, location, and team roles
  
  

This agreement is signed digitally via our integrated e-signature process.

🧠 Flagging & Blocking

If something goes wrong:

• Block users from contacting or collaborating with you in the future

• Flag behavior that violates our community guidelines (e.g., harassment, coercion, safety risks)

All reports are confidential and reviewed by our Trust & Safety team within 24 hours.

🕵️ Identity Verification & Ratings

• Creatives must use a verified email and phone number.

• Each shoot contributes to your trust rating, viewable on your profile.

• Users with multiple reports or low ratings may be removed.
  
  

👮 Law Enforcement Cooperation

We take every report seriously. When appropriate, SetCollab will cooperate with law enforcement and provide relevant data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Our goal is simple: to make every creative collaboration feel safe, respected, and supported — from booking to final image.
