By creating an account or using SetCollab, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use SetCollab

You must be:

• At least 18 years old

• Able to legally enter into contracts

• Using your real identity

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate profile information

• Use SetCollab professionally and respectfully

• Adhere to the Set Companion and documentation policies

4. Payments & Fees

• SetCollab charges a service fee per transaction

• All payments must be processed through our integrated payment provider (Tipalti)

• You’re responsible for any taxes or legal obligations related to your income
  
  

5. Shoot Conduct

All collaborators must:

• Arrive on time and prepared

• Respect agreed-upon boundaries and compensation

• Report unsafe or inappropriate behavior immediately

SetCollab reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your own work. By uploading content to SetCollab:

• You grant SetCollab a limited license to display it on your profile

• You confirm you have rights to any content you upload
  
  

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including:

• Safety violations

• Identity fraud

• Non-payment or chargebacks
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

SetCollab is not liable for:

• Third-party interactions or offline conduct

• Loss of income or data

• Delays in platform availability
